About the Artist

Ashish Patel is a renowned award-winning artist from in India.

With a background in Classical drawing and painting, he began his training at the Angel Academy of Art in Florence, Italy.

He was granted a Fellowship in Classical drawing and painting, a prestigious recognition of his talent and dedication.

Post completing the three-year painting program, he got selected as an Instructor at Angel academy.

He started teaching under the tutelage of Michael John Angel and Jered Woznicki and taught for nearly 7 years to students from all over the world until establishing his own Atelier, Ashish Patel Atelier, in 2021.

As an artist, Patel’s work has gained recognition and acclaim both nationally and internationally. His paintings can be found in public and private collections across Europe, the United States, India, the Middle East, Australia, and China. He has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the International Art Renewal Foundation Salon Award for figurative drawing. He was also selected among 200 painters from around the world for the prestigious BP Portrait Award in the UK.
